Swim to Survive

The grade 3's are off to Essex today to swimming lessons. They will also be going on Thursday and Friday of this week.

Mother's Day

We are creating something special for Mother's Day.  The cost of this art activity is $8.00 per student.  If you want your child to take on the responsibility for paying for this gift, I suggest you have them do some chores around the house or yard.  When kids are able to contribute, it builds a sense of pride and responsibility.

Next week is Earth Week.  Each day, the Parent Council will be selling special, scented pencils made from recycled materials.  They are called SMENCILS!  They will be sold every day at break time and will cost $3.00 for 2.  A great way to support your school.
